At the risk of oversimplifying the point, being able to see where you’re going is very important. A lot can happen in that amount of time, so having clear vision is essential.
A wiper blade may seem pretty basic. How different could they really be? Well a whole lot of engineering goes into genuine Mercedes-Benz wiper blades. To ensure the clearest visibility and the safest driving conditions possible, each wiper blade we make has been designed specifically for the windshield of every Mercedes-Benz vehicle. A GLC SUV doesn’t have the same windshield as an E-Class Sedan. So it stands to reason that they would need a different wiper blade. No aftermarket brand does this. Many of the new Mercedes-Benz models also have a convenient wear indicator to let you know when your blades need replacing. When the indicator dot turns yellow, it’s time to replace your blades.
Speaking of wear. Genuine Mercedes-Benz wiper blades can provide up to 800,000 more wiping cycles than other aftermarket brands. In fact, year-old Mercedes-Benz wiper blades performed better than brand new aftermarket alternatives.
